    Terms of Service

    1. Agreement

    By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using The Bridge (“the Software”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

    2. License Grant

    Subject to these Terms, KUP Solutions (“we,” “us”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use one copy of The Bridge on a single Mac computer that you own or control, for personal or commercial use.

    You may:

    • Install and run The Bridge on one Mac at a time
    • Configure Cloudflare Tunnels for remote access to your own instance
    • Use with any compatible AI agent or MCP client

    You may not:

    • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software
    • Reverse engineer or decompile (except as permitted by law)
    • Provide a hosted or multi-user service to third parties
    • Share your license with other individuals or machines

    3. Purchase and Payment

    The Bridge is available for a one-time purchase of $14.99 USD (or regional equivalent) via kup.solutions. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.

    Refund Policy

    If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing isaiah@kup.solutions with your order confirmation. After 7 days, refunds are at our sole discretion.

    4. System Requirements

    System requirements for running The Bridge
    macOS26 (Tahoe) or later
    HardwareApple Silicon (M1 or later)
    PermissionsSufficient macOS permissions for desired functionality (see Privacy Policy §4)

    Not compatible with Intel-based Macs, earlier macOS versions, or any non-macOS OS.

    5. Updates

    We may release updates via the Sparkle auto-update framework. Updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security patches. You are encouraged to keep the Software up to date but are not required to install updates. We reserve the right to discontinue updates at any time. The Software functions independently and does not require an active connection to our services.

    6. Intellectual Property

    The Bridge and all associated intellectual property are owned by KUP Solutions. The Software is licensed, not sold. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

    “The Bridge,” the Bridge icon, and “KUP Solutions” are trademarks of KUP Solutions. “Notion” is a trademark of Notion Labs, Inc. The Bridge is an independent third-party product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Notion Labs, Inc. The use of the word “Notion” refers to the product’s function as a bridge to the Notion platform.

    7. Data and Privacy

    Your use of The Bridge is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Bridge processes data locally on your Mac. We do not collect, store, or transmit your data. You are responsible for the security of your machine and any credentials you configure.

    8. Security and Responsibility

    The Bridge provides powerful system access tools. You are responsible for:

    • Understanding the tools you or your AI agents invoke
    • Reviewing the audit log for unexpected or unauthorized actions
    • Securing your Mac, including the MCP server port (default: localhost:9700)
    • Managing Cloudflare Tunnel access if configured for remote use
    • Safeguarding API tokens, credentials, or secrets configured in the Software

    You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

    • The Bridge interacts directly with your macOS operating system, filesystem, and applications. We are not responsible for any resulting damage.
    • The Bridge can read, write, move, and delete files. We are not responsible for any data loss.
    • The Bridge can interact with third-party services using your credentials. We are not responsible for third-party account issues.
    • The Bridge can send messages, execute shell commands, and perform accessibility actions. We are not responsible for unintended actions.
    • You are solely responsible for maintaining backups and monitoring the audit log.

    9. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KUP Solutions be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

    11. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KUP Solutions from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Software, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

    12. Termination

    We may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 14 survive termination.

    13. Modifications to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance.

    14. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Minnehaha County, South Dakota.
