A quality craftsman still needs a positive first impression.

    Your First ImpressionIs Top Priority

Customers decide before they call. If your online impression is dated or missing, the job often goes to the business that pays attention to the details. The bar is rising. We work with owners who intend to keep up.

    Who this is for

For the owner who runs the ship.

The business has your name on it. You're still the one who decides.

    01

    Discover

I start with the week you actually have—not the clean one on paper.

Calls, estimates, follow-up, crew handoffs, and whatever keeps getting shoved to Friday. I learn how the business runs while I'm already helping.

    A useful plan. No workshop.

    02

    Build

The biggest drag on the week goes first.

Website, booking, follow-up, payments, hiring, or the spreadsheet everyone quietly avoids. You keep the paying work; I clear what's stuck.

    Working and ready. No waiting.

    03

    Deliver

A finished build should not become a new chore.

I hand it over with walkthroughs, training, and plain-language notes, so your crew can use it without calling me for every button.

Yours to run. No decoder ring.

    Questions

    Fair questions. Straight answers.

01Will this work for my trade?

If you run a real shop with real demand, probably. If the entire plan is ‘make the logo bigger,’ I may not be your guy.

    02What do you actually build?

Whatever keeps showing up on your list and never getting finished — websites, booking, follow-up, payments, hiring help, and the other glamorous parts of running a business.

    03Who actually does the work?

Isaiah. The same person on the call, in the project, and accountable when something needs fixing.

04How long until I see something?

Usually in week one. You’ll see work, not a presentation explaining how exciting the future work might be.

05Why does the rate drop with more hours?

Predictable hours are easier to plan. Less calendar Tetris for me, a lower rate for you. No secret pricing ritual involved.

06What if I want to stop?

Month-to-month with 14 days’ notice. You keep every file I built. Clean exit.

07Can you just build my site once and walk away?

Yes. One-off work is billed at $50 an hour or quoted as a fixed project. Ongoing commitment is optional, not a timeshare presentation.
